The decision regarding the shooting location rests solely with the sports stars, allowing them the freedom to create videos in settings that align with their availability and preferences.

 

• Once a personalized video is created by the sports star, ReelSports will deliver it to the fan through one of the contact methods specified at checkout. It could be through email, messaging platforms, or other agreed-upon means. ReelSports will make the utmost effort to ensure successful delivery of the video. However, it is the responsibility of the individual customer to save the received video for future access. ReelSports guarantees that the video will remain available for a minimum of 30 days from the delivery date, providing ample time for customers to download and store their cherished personalized videos.

 

• At ReelSports, sports stars have the authority to accept or deny video requests based on their availability and discretion. In the event that a video request is denied by the sports star, the customer will receive a full refund for the purchase. We understand that circumstances may arise where a video request cannot be fulfilled, and we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. ReelSports aims to maintain transparency and fairness throughout the process, providing prompt refunds in cases where a personalized video cannot be delivered as requested. Our goal is to provide a positive experience for both customers and sports stars, fostering a platform that promotes genuine and meaningful connections between fans and their beloved sports idols.

 

• There is no minimum or maximum length for a personalized video, as it is at the discretion of the sports star. However, on average, the length of the personalized videos tends to be around 25 - 35 seconds. It is important to note that the more detailed information provided in the request, the longer the video is likely to be. While we strive to deliver meaningful and personalized content, the final length of the video is ultimately determined by the sports star. ReelSports encourages users to provide sufficient context and specific instructions to enhance the personalized video and create a more memorable experience.

 

• In the event that a sports star decides to allocate part of their profits from personalized videos to a third party, such as a charity, ReelSports assumes no responsibility for the agreement between the sports star and the third party. Any arrangements made between the sports star and the third party are independent of ReelSports, and we do not have any involvement or liability in such matters.

7. Refund Policy

 

ReelSports strives to ensure customer satisfaction with personalized videos. While refunds are generally not accepted, there are specific scenarios in which a full refund will definitely be granted. Please review the following refund criteria:

• ReelSports retains the authority to refund a customer for any reason deemed adequate by ReelSports. Our priority is to maintain a positive user experience and address customer concerns effectively.

10. Fees & Payment:

 

• The price of a personalised video may vary depending on the selected sports star, and it is at the discretion of each individual star to set their own price.

• All prices displayed on the ReelSports website include applicable taxes and are quoted in GBP (British pounds).

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed by ReelSports in a stated time frame.

• The price of a personalised video may change periodically, as determined by the individual sports star.

• To purchase a video, payment must be made using a payment method accepted by ReelSports at the time of checkout. Please note that accepted payment methods may be subject to change.

 

Please be aware that while we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information, there may be instances where discrepancies occur due to factors beyond our control. 11. Content Ownership and Licensing:

• By submitting a request for a personalised video through ReelSports, you acknowledge and agree that the ownership of the content produced by the sports star remains with the sports star.

• In the event that assistance is required by ReelSports, including the need for authorizations, to eliminate a Video from a third-party platform where it has been employed in violation of the ReelSports User Terms, you consent to collaborating with ReelSports and furnishing reasonable assistance as deemed necessary.

• Upon the completion of your Video purchase and its subsequent delivery by ReelSports, the Star extends to you (and any designated recipient) an everlasting, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully remunerated, global, and sublicensable license. This license allows for the utilization, duplication, public display, or sharing of the Video, including via social media platforms or other third-party media websites, strictly in accordance with the stipulations outlined within these User Terms. It is important to emphasize that this license is solely intended for personal use by yourself or the recipient and may not be utilized for any commercial or promotional purposes. Moreover, the reselling of your rights or sublicensing beyond the confines of personal usage is expressly prohibited. Any violation of the granted license may result in adverse consequences for both the Star and ReelSports. It is duly noted that the Star possesses the prerogative to enforce the terms of this license directly, while ReelSports acts as a trustee authorized to enforce the license on behalf of the Star.

• ReelSports holds no obligation to release a Video and reserves the right to reject the publication of any Video at its complete discretion.

• You may not use the video for any commercial, promotional, or public purposes without obtaining prior written consent from ReelSports and the respective sports star. 

• ReelSports retains the right to use the video for promotional or marketing purposes on its platform and associated marketing channels, with appropriate privacy protections.

• Any commercial or promotional use for this video may result in legal action by ReelSports and/or the sports star.

• ReelSports and the sports star reserve all rights not expressly granted in these terms and conditions.

• You agree not to modify, edit, alter, or tamper with the video or any copyright or trademark notices contained there in.

  •   Should you notify ReelSports of your preference for a    purchased Video not to be published, we will duly respect your request and ensure that neither the relevant sports star nor any third party publishes the Video. Reasonable efforts will be made to comply with your preference.

• All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed on ReelSports are the property of their respective owners and protected by trademark and copyright laws.
